luxe package
If you are looking for your celebration to be fully supposed start to finish, this is the package for you!
I will work closely with you, alleviating the pressure in delivering your memorable occasion.
Between $6800 - $8000
Inclusions:
1 dedicated assistant on the day (7 hours).
1 event content creator (7 hours).
7 hours on-site management and coordination of all vendors on the day.
Event look and feel session, plus planning proposal review session
Sourcing and locking in all event vendors and venue (including travelling up to 3 venue inspections) with ongoing management throughout our planning journey
2 planning consultations
Sourcing invitations (physical or electronic).
Planning and sourcing gifts or favours (bespoke and customised.
Full RSVP management (including printing or emailing out, and follow up).

Booking
To secure the venue and the best suppliers for you, booking at least 4 months to your event is ideal.
classic package
When there’s nothing to do apart from arriving and rejoicing with the people you love. This is what you would rather have your time spent on, instead of planning a celebration.
(This package is also suited to couples still venue-searching)
Between $3950 - $4650
Inclusions:
1 event content creator (6 hours).
6 hours on-site management and coordination of all vendors on the day.
Event look and feel session, plus planning proposal review session
Sourcing and locking in all event vendors, with ongoing management throughout our planning journey. (Can also travel to 1 venue inspection as add-on)

eSSENTIALS PACKAGE
When you’ve made most of the arrangements and look forward to making the most of the party.
Between $2325 - $2730
Inclusions:
1 event content creator (5 hours).
5 hours on-site management and coordination of all vendors on your day.
1 vendor handover session.
Sourcing and locking in up to 2 additional event vendors to complete your event, with ongoing management of all booked vendors throughout our planning journey.
Visiting the venue prior to your celebration day.

It is also ideal if I am unavailable on your event date and you would still like expert support to guide your planning.

After our Power Hour session, you will feel clearer, more confident, and equipped with practical next steps, so you can continue planning with intention rather than overwhelm.
