luxe package
If you would like your celebration to be fully supported from start to finish, this package is designed for you.
I will work closely with you to bring your event vision to life, while taking care of the planning and logistics so you and your loved ones can simply enjoy the celebration.
Between $6800 - $8000
Inclusions:
1 dedicated assistant on the day (7 hours).
1 event content creator (7 hours).
7 hours on-site management and coordination of all vendors on the day.
Event look and feel session, plus planning proposal review session
Sourcing and locking in all event vendors and venue (including travelling up to 3 venue inspections) with ongoing management throughout our planning journey
2 planning consultations
Sourcing invitations (physical or electronic).
Planning and sourcing gifts or favours (bespoke and customised).
Full RSVP management (including printing or emailing out, and follow up).

Booking
To secure the venue and the best suppliers for you, booking at least 4 months before your event is ideal.
classic package
You would rather spend your time celebrating with the people you love than managing the planning behind the scenes.
This package is perfect if you want professional support bringing everything together so you can arrive at your event relaxed and ready to enjoy the moment.
(This package is also suited to clients still searching for a venue.)
Between $3950 - $4650
Inclusions:
1 event content creator (6 hours).
6 hours on-site management and coordination of all vendors on the day.
Event look and feel session, plus planning proposal review session
Sourcing and locking in all event vendors, with ongoing management throughout our planning journey. (Can also travel to 1 venue inspection as add-on)

To secure the best suppliers for you, booking at least 3 months before your event is ideal.
eSSENTIALS PACKAGE
You have already organised most of the details and would like professional support to bring everything together for the day.
Once the main planning is complete, you can hand everything over to me so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.
Between $2325 - $2730
Inclusions:
1 event content creator (5 hours).
5 hours on-site management and coordination of all vendors on your day.
1 vendor handover session.
Sourcing and locking in up to 2 additional event vendors to complete your event, with ongoing management of all booked vendors throughout our planning journey.
Visiting the venue prior to your celebration day.

It is also ideal if I am unavailable on your event date and you would still like expert support to guide your planning.

After our Power Hour session, you will feel clearer, more confident, and equipped with practical next steps, so you can continue planning with clarity and confidence rather than overwhelm.
